Pablo is an awesome person, called him to only get a quote for a clogged kitchen sink, 2 hrs later, no more problem, honest, reliable, fast service, would definitely recommend his services to family and friends, he is now going to be my go to plumber.

One of my toilets had a slow leak. Paul came by the same day to inspect it. Turns out the leak wasn't an easy flapper fix, so he came back 2 days later with the replacement parts and installed them. Leak is fixed now! Thanks a bunch!

I met Paul when I first purchased my home back in 2016. He worked on a couple items for the purchase. So now whenever I need a plumber he is who I call. He has always been quick to respond and knows what he is doing!
I recently had a water heater thermostat go out. He talked to me about the warranty and how to save money on those parts! His tech Jovani, was over and above helpful! He showed up on time and got right to work. He was very knowledgeable on what needed to be done and was out of here in no time! Jovani also did something that I didn't expect...he went out of his way to look at something under my house that didn't pertain to the water heater. I told him I was having a problem with a heater vent and he didn't even flinch. He went under the house and confirmed my suspicion regarding my home heater vent. Jovani is a 5-star tech! Thank you all at JPC Rooter.. I hope I wont be needing your services for awhile but I'm glad you are there when I need you!

I'm a pretty capable DIYer, but I wanted to get a new water supply line and a new gas line for a tankless water heater in preparation for a small remodel. I wasn't in too much of a hurry, but they took care and used the first time available to do it (even with all the rain and city hall shutdowns for holidays). I did 7 estimates, they were most competitive. That might not have sold me necessarily, but Juan Pablo communicated that he'd use standard 1" schedule 40 (carbon steel) for gas line (more
than enough for a 35 foot run and a large BTU tankless) and did 1" copper for water supply line - some others wanted to use flex lines for gas and complained about the sidewalk for water supply. He also dealt with permits/inspection with the city, and nice to talk to while there. The work was great, just as expected, often checking in during the job. Happy to have a quality job done that should last many decades.

I called Paul the owner of JPC Plumbing regarding a stopped up toilet. I explained that a plumber had came yesterday and wanted to Hydro jet the lines. Paul was very friendly over the phone and listened to my issues. He told me he could do the same job as the other Plumber for a lot cheaper. I asked him to come out ASAP, since I have daughters that needed the bathroom. He said he would come the same day in about 3 hours. What amazed me is he did come at that time. Not only did he come but he brought the extra guys to help him complete the job based on my description. Paul was very professional and assessed the problem gave me the price he quoted and finished the job in less then 1 hour. It was refreshing to have a professional honest plumber that stands behind his estimate and completes the job in a timely manner without upselling you. Paul is my plumber and should be your plumber for life..

Paul Castillo and his crew replaced my main water line with copper pipe and they did a nice job, they cleaned up the front yard nicely and the cost was reasonable. While Paul was at the house I asked him to check on my kitchen sink and he said it's working normal and did not try to make money from me.
Paul and his crew were very professional courteous, I will definitely call on them again if I have plumbing service needs.

I had a backed-up cleanout valve that was pretty gross. Giovanni came and snaked it very thoroughly and made sure everything was good. He was fast, and very friendly. Great work.

Our toilette flooded in the middle of the night. JPC Rooter had a quick response time and was willing to send out a technician out on a very short notice.

I ended up deciding to replace all 3 of my toilettes and was quoted a fair price to install and haul my old toilettes.

When they arrived on time for the job they took the time to carefully explain that the new toilettes I had purchased were not a good brand. They explained that they break down frequently and are not good quality.

They actually helped me haul the new poor quality toilettes back to the store so I could exchange them for better quality ones.

They could of said nothing and just got the job done, but instead they took more time out of their day to make sure I got a quality product.

They were quick, clean and very polite. I highly recommend their services.

Juan was very professional and cordial with timely communication. I was having difficulty determining the source of a water leak. When Juan arrived, he determined the source of the leak, which was the dishwasher. Juan graciously declined to accept any payment from me. I will definitely call him if I have any further plumbing needs or concerns, I advise you do the same!

Mr. Paul Castillo always answers his phone, gives great estimates (reasonable prices), and works very hard at fixing the problem. We had a leaking pipe from the laundry room last year (old house), and I called him this year when the downstairs shower and toilet were slow to drain (tree roots). He is VERY busy, is training the next generation of plumbers, and explains what he needs to do (with camera pictures) and why. Very, very highly recommended.

These guys are true pros, from the initial interaction, our needs were met with information covering possible scenarios during the repair. They showed up early, were accommodating to our concerns and requests. A peripheral issue was discovered and they were able to address that repair as well. Reasonable prices and expert advice. Filed under "go to team" for future plumbing needs.

The sewer pipes under my home were old and rotted over time. All the pipes needed to be replaced. This is a rather big job and quite an expense. I contacted JPC and Paul responded in a quick and timely manner to provide a fair estimate. Paul also provided a reference who his work was excellent and his price was fair. The referral said he had done the same for her neighbors. The work was completed at my home ahead of schedule. I am very satisfied with the work. Since completing the original big job, JPC completed two smaller jobs with the same degree of excellence and professionalism. I would definitely recommend JPC.

Juan was very professional and goes above and beyond. I was definitely impressed with all his knowledge and attention to detail. I would highly recommend this company!

I was selling my house and the inspection report came back with some plumbing issues.
I contacted Paul and he came out checked out everything (including crawling under the house).
He gave me a verbal estimate and I agreed to proceed.
He was able to commit to doing the work two days later.
They showed up as expected and started in on the water heater that needed to be braced and strapped and needed the pressure relief valve vented outside.
While that was going on one guy crawled under the house and started replacing the galvanized straps holding my copper pipes with nylon pipe clamps. Not only replaced all the galvanized straps but added extra clamps where needed.
Fixed the toilet that was plugged by removing it and running a garden hose backwards through the toilet which ejected construction debris and a filter for the commercial airless sprayer. Reseated toilet with new wax ring and secured properly.
Fixed second toilet that was not bolted down properly.
Replaced the dishwasher air gap and connected hoses properly. Reseated garbage disposal which was mounted loosely. Connected drain and water tested for leaks. (None found)
Reconnected the dryer vent.
All in all excellent work!
Even though they did a few extra things, they stuck with their quote.
Recommend these guys and will use them again!

I appreciated how responsive Juan was when we contacted him. He came out promptly and gave us an estimate. We felt the price was reasonable. He was very respectful of social distancing, and cleaned up after himself when the job was finished. They did a very efficient job and they were done in less than two hours. Now we have excellent water pressure to our spigot, outside of our house!

Super fast reply from Yelp and they were great! Wore a mask the whole and fixed the issue and were also nice enough to call out some other potential problems! Will be using again :)

The only company that made it out in an hour for a Saturday emergency. I was able to figure out a temporary repair of cutting and capping a pipe before theIr arrival, which they helped me finish for free while giving me a quote for the long term fix. I'll update if I use them for the larger job.

I wanted to replace the old toilet (shorter than the current standard) and installed a bidet system. I posted my job on Yelp and got a quick response from JPC. And he came over to our house quickly and gave us a very reasonable quote. So we let him do the job and the job was well done. I would recommend JPC to anyone who wants a plumbing job done.

We purchased new garbage disposal and were unable to install it. The one we purchased had no cord (as most aren't sold with them). We were looking at YouTube videos and feeling frustrated. We contacted Juan Pablo and he not only answered us immediately but came to the house within 45 minutes to provide us with a free quote. The quote was reasonable and he had the job finished within less than 45 min. No leaking and it works just fine! We recommend his work and if you are having similar issues? Definitely call him!

The handle on my shower broke so I couldn't turn on the hot water -- not an emergency, but certainly undesirable! Paul responded quickly to my inquiry and came first thing the next morning. He quickly assessed the issue and gave me options for how to move forward. The whole job, including going out to purchase the necessary part, was done within an hour and my shower is working better than ever! His rate was also very reasonable. Paul will be my go-to from now on!

I would definitely recommend and Juan and his crew again, they were very professional. We hired Juan for a complete re-pipe of our home since we had an old galvanized pipe. He quoted us a fair price for copper started on Thursday and was done by Saturday with the water being off one day.

I have been using Paul for many years for all my properties and my business he is the best. Install water heaters. Replace the main pipe to the street. Washer. Broken pipes etc. he does it all. it doesn't matter what time of the day I call him he always shows up especially in an emergency even at midnight. He's very thorough, honest, and works very fast. Our kitchen faucet was leaking quite a bit and put out a message on yelp in the late morning. Within minutes, Paul from JPC messaged us if he can come by that day to take a look for a free estimate. Paul responded quickly to my Yelp post, arrived for an estimate promptly, and provided a thorough description of the needed work and a very fair price. We needed our kitchen under sink piping replaced and a faucet installed He worked efficiently and quickly but with lots of attention to detail. When there was an unexpected need to replace an additional length of pipe, Paul proved two clear options and a good recommendation on how to proceed. Paul even came back to our house to realign the faucet when we didn't like exactly how it looked. Very prompt service at a fair price and I will be calling Paul again for future jobs
